Hello smart people of Skill Discussions:) I seek your advice!

I have about 3 months until my next remap, but i can train for longer than that if my plan takes too long.
My current attributes are (including implants):

Int: 22
Per: 32
Cha: 21
Will: 26
Mem: 22

SO basically max perception and the rest into willpower :)

What i need from you guys are recommendations for what skills i should train with a Per/Will remap.
Im planning on training for a carrier, so if you know of any capital skills i should get which benefits from my current remap that would be welcomed as well.
But mostly im looking for what Per/Will skills im missing for subcapital PvP.

Any skills not Per/Will that i reeeeaalllyy need for subcapital PvP please poast that as well :)

My current plan is this:
(O.K heavy missile skills, recon 5, AWU5, Large projectile 5, Logistics 5)

Recon Ships V
Heavy Missiles V
Heavy Missile Specialization I
Heavy Missile Specialization II
Heavy Missile Specialization III
Missile Launcher Operation V
Missile Projection IV
Target Navigation Prediction IV
Warhead Upgrades IV
Rapid Launch IV
Guided Missile Precision I
Guided Missile Precision II
Guided Missile Precision III
Guided Missile Precision IV
Advanced Weapon Upgrades V
Tactical Weapon Reconfiguration I
Tactical Weapon Reconfiguration II
Tactical Weapon Reconfiguration III
Missile Bombardment V
Rapid Launch V
Target Navigation Prediction V
Large Projectile Turret V
Logistics V

23 skills; Total time: 116 days, 8 hours, 49 minutes, 18 seconds

First,

Drone skills while they aren't perc/will skills they train slightly faster on a perc/will map than they do on an int/mem map and there really aren't enough of them to spend an entire year mapped to them, So you'll want at least a few levels of advanced drone interfacing and fighters since it doesn't sound like your thinking about supers you can skip bombers you'll probably want to go ahead and get sentries and maybe T2 heavies (course each of those are about a months training).

I would suggest going ahead and training your capital ships and Racial carrier on this map as well even though you'll have to spend a little while off map to train jump drive operation (should be less than an hour). You'll also want Advanced Spaceship command to 5, since I see tactical weapon reconfiguration I assume you want to be able to use Dreads so you'll likely want to add the racial dread of your choice.

Which does present the question from you existing skills I assume you plan on flying Amarr caps so why are you wasting so much training time on missiles? If you just want it for your subcap fun that's all well and good but you might as well add BC5 so you can use a proper drake at which point you might as well spend the 4 some odd days for warfare link spec and pick up command ships.

Another issue of note particularly since you seem to be leaving some subcap fun in there would be Minmatar ships, you're planning on training the guns to T2 you might as well train some of their basic ships, You don't have to go to 5 on all but you'll probably want L5 for Mini frigs and maybe cruisers since that opens the Vaga (and Sleip if you pick up command ships). Oh and obviously if you're going to all the trouble training Large projectile 5 you might as well pick up Large Auto and arty specs while you're at it.

Maxing your remaining turret supports wouldn't hurt either (Surgical strike, trajectory analysis and since you'll be Amarr for Dreads controlled burst).

A final thought since you will already have all the prereqs you might think about adding Marauders to level 4 just well because it's only going to add another week or so anyway.

The bad news is that you'll be looking at significantly more than 3 months (you got close to that in drone crap to train alone) the good news is you'll have plenty of stuff to play with in the mean time. ;)

This is why I'm training an alt to be my carrier pilot while Skex sticks to subcaps.

So much to train, so little time :S
Thanks for the suggestions, i will have to think about it for a while. There was alot of good advice :)
I will definitly have to extend my per/will remap for a while...
Edit: I wont get another account to train capitals on even tho it sounds neat. I tried having 2 accounts at the same time and its not my thing. Guess im bad at multitasking:) Also beeing a university-student doesnt leave me with much cash to use :P

Drone skills: Will get fighters 4. Do not plan on using Drone control units on my carrier.
If i wanted to get either T2 heavy drones, or T2 sentries. Which would you choose and why ?

Capital skills: WIll get Amarr carrier 4, and capital ships 3. I left those out because they are so damned expensive so going to get them right before i remap :) Because then i know i will go for int/mem skills related to a carrier.

Dreads: I have advanced spaceship command 5. I wont be training for dreads as i dont think il use them much in PvP, and shooting a POS isnt fun :\ I got AWU5 because of its bonus and the possbility of maybe training for the revelation in the future.

Missile skills: They are for the drake and the possibility of a tengu for 0.0/WH PvE.

BC5: Its now in my plan. Iv been tempted to train it for a while. Will also get command ship req's.

T2 Large projectiles/Winmatar ships:
The reason for that is 0.0 PvE in areas where EM/Therm are bad to shoot:) I will consider dropping it. I will get minmatar frigate 5 for the claw and such. But i dont think i will get Minmatar cruiser 5 just yet. I will have to think about it, and if i do it will be at the end of my plan.
Will get projectile spec.s, i simply left them out as they do not take long to get to 3-4.

Gunnery support skills:
Im not a big fan of the long training time for those gunnery support skills (Surgical strike, trajectory analysis) for the bonus they give. I will train controlled burst if i end up flying alot of amarr battleships/revelation.

Will get marauders to 4 if i ever want to use a shiny for PvE :)

Thanks for your advice. I will think more about it and come up with a revised training plan:)

Well if you aren't planning on doing dreads you can drop tactical weapon reconfiguration since you won't be needing the siege module also remember Winter is coming and supposedly Dreads will be getting a boost so you might want to re-evaluate that thought.

If you could choose, would you get T2 heavy drones or sentries ?

Sentries are far more useful.
