So it seems the Electronic attack ships got chaned a little in the new patch. I got 26.8M SP with Electronic War, Frequency Modulation, Long Distance jamming, and signal dispersion at level 5. As it stands, my loadout is:

My current set-up is:
[High-Slots]
Nothing Yet
[Med-Slots]
Hypnos ECM
Umbra ECM
BZ-5 ECM
Enfeebling ECM
[Low-Slots]
2x Hypnos Signal Distortion Amp
Rigs
2x Small Particle Dispersion Amps

As it stands now, my targeting range is 81.25 km with my jam ranges at 59 km optimal and 107 km max. The strength of each jammer is 11.7. I have 151.5 CPU and 26.5 power grid left. I was thinking maybe either a 1MN MWD or a Sensor Booster 2 for my last med slot. If I use the sensor booster 2, it'll increase my max targeting range to about 105.6 km, which isn't too bad. I have no idea what to put in the high slots as there's only 1 gun slot and 3 missile slots (i'm leaning more towards missiles since there's more of them...) Any tips on the MWD vs Sensor booster and the high slot question? Also, are there any skills which will make my jamming better?

11.7 is the maximum you can get with that fitting, so you already have max skills. You can however improve the fitting a little: if it's in your budget, replace the 2 T1 Rigs with one T2 Small Particle Dispersion Amp (T2 rigs are far cheaper these days than they used to be, especially if you build them yourself). This improves jam strength to 11.9 (stacking effects) and also frees up 100 calibration for e.g. a T1 targeting rig. Also consider overheating the jammers: the T2 rigged version has 13.3 points overheated.

Use this. 100km ECM range, inexpensive to field (2.5mil module+rig cost), easy to replace and good for the job at hand.
