Canceled contract after waiting over 48 hours for it to be accepted and went with another courier, they had it done within 2 hours of me giving him the contract

worst experience I've had to date with any of the red/blue/black frog corps to date

I'm curious. Why are containers considered such a problem?

Because they require in-station trading and can't be re-contracted easily (between contract alt and actual pilot).
That difficulty applies to assembled containers only.

I set up a contract around midnight last night and they were waiting at the destination when I checked this morning. I set up a second contract and it had been accepted and delivered within an hour, a 5/5 service. I'd high recommend them to anyone who lacks a JF alt!

Sounds like it was a very long time since you last used Black Frog, since our prices haven't changed in more than a year, if I recall correctly. During that time, the price of many, many things in eve have doubled through inflation - PLEX, many minerals, jump fuel, jump freighters. We can long back to the days when everything was cheaper, but those days are in the past.

That said, the value of a jump freight service to any individual really does depend on the value of the goods you want to move and how difficult it is to get them there (safely) yourself. Those who move high value, high volume items around eve will find our services more value-for-money than those with low value, low volume items.

Most of our contract are less than a day old, and Black Frog pilots are on hand to move your stuff. Its a good time if you are considering using our services, drop into channel Black Frog in game for a chat, or go straight to our trip calculator

With the holiday season bustle, we have had a few issues crop up including contracts made which exceed our capacity, our maximum haul is 360 000m^3. For any other conditions of carriage please see the OP in this thread.

The queue is quite modest, most of our contracts are less than 1 day old, moving some of the older ones as this goes to press. Consider BFL if you need assistance resupplying your caps, staging into a new area or trading like a boss!
