Your example costs minimum 5bil (cheap) and the real price for carrier / supercarrier sitter 5,5-6bil.
Just to let you know ).

3bil is like a dream ). May be you don't know that buyer pays 2 plex for transfer.

PS: If you don't have enough isk, take time and train character. It takes you 4-5 months of training and about 1bil in books...
