20b Budget, looking for a Subcap pilot (preferably BC down, Battleship isnt that important)
Just because my budget is 20b doesnt mean im going to pay 20b.

Must be/have

Arrow ZERO industry/science or any waste (none, at all, not even 1 sp, the only acceptable thing is if you managed to start a toon with indy level 3 and havnt changed it, i dont need them and i dont want them.
Arrow Tech 2 Tank both shield and armour
Arrow Atleast 2 dessies/bc to 5
Arrow Fly either of the following a proteus a Loki OR legion
Arrow Skills to make extra jump clones
Arrow NO WASTED SP IN TRADE Not even 1 sp, again like the first part about industry/science
Arrow None or very little scan skills, i have 3 toons that can do this i dont need a 4th.

Would Like

Arrow Tech 2 Guns of Medium/Small of any race
Arrow Tech 2 Hams, Lights, Rockets.
Arrow Prefer Gallente/Minmatar
Arrow Decent Subcap drone skills

ALL dessies/bc to 5 -- CHECK
Fly either of the following a proteus a Loki OR legion -- CHECK (Loki)
Skills to make extra jump clones -- CHECK (Infomorph Psychology / Rank 1 / Level: 3)

Would Like

Arrow Tech 2 Guns of Large/Medium/Small of any race -- T2 Med and Small MIn & Gal, training Large now.
Arrow Tech 2 Hams, Lights, Rockets. -- No
Arrow Decent Booster skills (Pills Exile/Blue etc) -- Say NO to Drugs!
Arrow Prefer Gallente/Minmatar -- CHECK / CHECK
Arrow Decent Subcap drone skills -- Basic Drone skills
