You can obtain free buyer status on the mailing list.
Buyers can not post on the mailing list.
To join the mailing list with buyer status please apply normally and specify that you are a buyer in the reason field. we will take care of the rest.

Since there's been a couple of support tickets relating to this thread:

If you want to call the OP out as a scammer, feel free. If you want to tell him his service is bad, feel free. However, don't advertise other services in the same thread.
