Just some clarification on the POS Blocks and Cruicible changes.

Currently on TQ, if you claim SOV, you get a reduced fuel bill, in no dev blogs have I seen anything said about whats happening in regards to this. Do we stlll get a reduced fuel bill with SOV?

Read today dev blog?
Its all there (well, not there - but in comments to taht blod) - devs said that SOV will reduce fuel usage
