Final words on the Somer Blink Issue?

So my account is about to expire and I wondered if there has been any wrap up concering the Somer Blink misconduct.

Tried Forum and Google search but couldn't find a trace of an apology or even an attempt to revert CCPs wrongdoings.

Considering it has been a more severe dev misconduct than T20, I must have missed it somehow.

Apologies if the respective search engines didn't come up with the correct topic, but I'm sure someone can point me to it :).

It's all in the eye of the beholder. In terms of isk value donated due to dev favouritism, it definitely was more severe.

In terms of strategic impact on a given situation in Eve, it most certainly was less severe.

Anyhow - that's not the question. So what was CCPs final verdict again?

I couldn't see why - it's a perfectly legit question on a subject that concerned parts of the community not so long ago and that apparently hasn't received a conclusive answer.
