Can anyone explain the tactics/fleets used by the various nullsec alliances?

ATM whenever I see a picture of a null fight all i see are bubbles, archons, and super caps.

That's about accurate. Archons and supercaps. The only other thing is the thousands of sentry drones, assisted of course.

And your looking to take that "one" response away. Because it is a response. NERF DRONE ASSIST NERF DRONE ASSIST! The general rally cry I am seeing from the majority of the CFC. Just keep in mind, if they do that. You wont be able to use it in defense of your own home when the time comes. And remember my friends, no Empire lasts for ever.

I just can't wait to see the whole thing really kick off when both sides are running their full gambit. "Thankfully from the outside" That is when this little "war" is going to be truly interesting to watch. For the moment, the the "Bee tears" are sweet as honey.

The pretty pictures have bubbles and doomsdays.
thus those are the ones you see.
most null fights are a handful or 2 of pilots fighting in frigs to BC or ambushes of ratters/miners.
everyday people are looking for fights or trying to capture valuable moons or run anoms/sigs.
except for the people that actually fight the coalition scale sov wars in their stupid tidi the rest of us are having fun.
The actual doctrines vary from fleet to fleet and alliance to alliance but basically they aim to have the main ships wanting to fly in very similar ways (getting as close as possible or kiting are often the 2). having simialr optimal ranges and then getting to that range while being at a range /transersal that the enemy don't like is the aim.
dictating the terms of the engagement and knowing your fleets envelope as well as being aware of the enemy capabilities is the game.
as a side note not every thread needs to be metagamed into the goon/n3 war needs. the guy asked a simple question and for once it wasn't one of the normal 5 topics.

Even without drone assist slowcats are pretty much the only thing that has a chance of countering the BoBlob that the CFC has become. We can't field more people, so we have to field better people.

CFC didn't go & recruit basically all of BoB. Better people field broken doctrines, how is that waterboarding going for you?

Don't worry, CFC deployed 900 caps and supers, which means they'll headshot N3/PL the next time N3/PL dare form caps.

The war is basically over, 900 caps/supers and 1k subcaps can kill basically anything N3/PL have
