C3 Solo Fits

Recently I noticed a topic about Strategic Cruiser fits for Class 3 wormholes. I wrote up a blog entry in response with the Legion fit I've used (since heavily upgraded, but the base fit was very functional). The main goal of the fit is to build a fairly inexpensive T3 (500M ISK or less if possible) that will still get the job done in less than 20 minutes per site.

What does your preferred solo C3 Anomaly PvE fit look like? What's the toughest class of anom, data, or relic site your ship can tackle solo, and how do you typically prepare for the encounter (drugs, implants, etc.) For those averse to clicking links... the blog entry is a bit too long to copy. Here's a typical C3-anom-capable Legion fit that I've flown successfully many times without a successful gank.

It's at 650-mil ish so its just over the budget you stated in the OP but I think the little extra is worth it, With this and ok skills you will be cap stable so cap management when being neuted wont be as annoying plus its not like you will always need the AB running anyway.
