Hey peps

I'm looking to buy a new main toon.

What I'm looking for the most!!!!

ArrowNo Indy (p.i/scanning/mining/trade/ corp skills)AttentionAttentionAttention

ArrowFull t2 fits for every ship it can fly (guns/tank)
ArrowGood drone skills (t2)
ArrowMost weps t2 (Guns/missiles)
ArrowLots of sub cap ships
Arrow100+mill so would be great but no less then 95mill

Cap ships skills will not add any price on to the toon I'm looking for sub cap toon but will still take with cap skills.

What I have to spend: about 30-40bill maybe more for the right toon
