This char was mainly used to fly caldari as you can see but would be a quick train for other races especially with those nice ship skills.
Flies all races of interceptor, assault frigs, covert ops and stealth bombers
I haven't used him in t3s but he could be in any in a matter of minutes (44mins each Smile)

Char has very high standings with Mordu and Cald state (8.66 and 7.46 unmodified) as well as good standings to a decent array of individual NPC corporations. These high standings give him access to several lv.5 agents.
