Hello everyone.

I'm looking for a loan to help with my buying power and to get me on my own feet so I can sustain myself.

This is just a jumpstart to a returning player so I can start making my own ISK.

I'd like to get 3B . This loan will NOT have collateral as I have none to offer.
The loan will be over 2 months for sure. If I can pay back the loan + interest before then believe me I will as I am not that crazy about owing money.

My background. I have been away from the game for 2 years. But before I left I successfully traded with this account which fueled and plexed my PVP account.

I plan on inter region trading between Amarr and Jita and sometimes stocking incursion hubs when its near by.

I will be glad to answer any questions. Thank you for your time and money.

Sorry I did forget to tell my strategy. I won't go to far into detail here, but I stock incursion hubs when there's a safe route, and I do inter region trading between Jita and Amarr

*EDIT*

Also, I was being earnest when I said thanks for your time and money. Because you don't have to give me either.

I'd be interested in seeing that chat you had with the guy who took your ISK, also who was the character you sold?

I bought her and used her for a good while. But I was not the original owner who started the char no.

I do understand everyone's fears and doubts. I expected to met with such. I also realize 30bil for a first loan was a lot to ask for. I did state in the OP that 30bil was the most I would like to get, but I would take a smaller loan to build trust. I'm just looking for shot thats all.

Thanks

(1) Get scammed for 25b.
(2) Idea "If an awesome guy like myself can fall for this type of scam then surely others will fall for it, too." Idea
(3) Scam 30b.

Whether this is your actual thought process or not, it is how your post reads.

Yea I understand this is how everyone see's it. But I'm really just trying to get back on my feet.

Here's something I tried to do first to make some money and provide content.

But as you can see from the post, it was not a success. It's not like I came on here and started asking for money. I've tried other avenues.

But why do you need 30b? You say you will accept less but only "to build trust" so you can get those 30b a little further down the road.

I understand the desire to kickstart your comeback into EVE a little but what prevents you from taking a billion or three in loans and then working your way upwards using your own earnings.

To me the only rationale behind the 30b number I can guess at is "everything I lost plus some". As you haven't provided any better rationale for that number (in fact you haven't provided any rationale at all so far) that's all I have to go on.

If your best idea for how to make money on a new character is to charge maybe 20 people (being generous) 10m in entry fees each for two races a week (being even more generous) for an optimistic weekly net profit of 2*20*10m*25%-20 = 80m ISK, then I have no idea what sensible use you could have for 30b.

Also have you ever heard the Latin saying nomen est omen? An attractive female avatar and a classy name are musts if you rely on investors making stupid decisions.

Made me LOL.

This is my main. http://eveboard.com/pilot/Disfail
Proof I'm a trading char.

I was asking for so much also because the more I had to buy and move product with, the faster I would make the money back. But I said I was very willing to take less. When I said it was to build trust to show that I wasnt going to run off with the isk. So for a future loan I would have some credit. I can make money off a much smaller loan. It will just take me longer to reach my goal, which is really only an impatient request on my part.

To explain the evecar deal. I shared that forum post knowing how low the income would be. It's just to show that I am desperate for some help and that I have tried to come up with some type of plan on my own.

Investors don't only care about the monetary loss when they worry about getting scammed. What is at least equally important to them is "How stupid will I look if I get scammed?"

Imagine you are an investor, you take a gamble on this investment and you lose your money. Everybody you know in this game would point and laugh at you because how could someone possibly be stupid enough to invest into a guy known as "dis fail"? Seriously, that's like half a step above investing into YouGotRipped and on par with investing into Bad Bobby from The Dirty Rotten Scoundrels.

Everybody will tell you ex ante that nomen est omen is bullshit, but ex post the same people will tell you that you really should have known better than to invest into Disfail given his name.

Investors generally seem to have an easy time making stupid decisions as long as it is virtually assured that they won't look stupid if something goes wrong (e.g. because somebody with more reputation has also invested in the same offering; nobody will call him stupid because he is so respected and therefore nobody will call you stupid if you made the same mistake as him. Or because so many people have already invested that there hardly is anyone left to call you stupid).
