New Module / Rig: Hull Demolition Charges

Was talking to the corp last night and pondered the idea for a new module.

Basically it would use a low/mid slot - and be completely useless ... unless you got destroyed.
Upon ship death the module would fire, causing a small smart-bomb like effect and destroy the ships hull (and any loot dropped) - possibly extending a few km to catch the escaping Pod as "payment" for this module.

Its a double sided module really.
Deny loot to pirates or possible salvage to your corp if they win the fight.
Lose your pod.
Shock wave may make it a little scarey for close ships too?

Obviously this cannot fit on Freighters so big pinatas still exist! :)

Just an idea!

Make them rigs and you got a +1 from me.
Also make the damage and AOE be derived from the origininal amount of hull hitpoints and resistance (damage control!).

This way you'll think twice about blowing up that hull tanked bait cyno domi.

I like the idea about them being rigs, It would make them tempting to fit them over needed modules now.
Im loathed to say it should make a big explosion as then its too much of a tool to use.

Imagine the Jihad Cyno ships as a weapon.
Cant kill them as it'd hurt too much, but need to stop the cyno lighting!

I fear as a low/medslot it wont see much use. Maybe as a highslot for the utility slots? For smartbombs/neuts these days

But it'd still be cool if it'd be related to hull amount to create huge bombs and really make a difference instead of the normal joke damage/range smartbombs.

Starts sounding a lot like Exploding cargo which has already been proposed.
This was more a small tid-ier version :)

TBH that seems fun aswel... but yea easily exploitable as suggested with that itty V idea. I kinda like the idea of suicide bombing spaceship.
