All I see here is some magnificent, player generated content. Good for her.

Speaking of which, I am still charging 500m ISK per session, which involves me explaining (in great detail) why you would be well advised to biomass yourself by the end of our conversation.

No. The latter breaches the separation between the in-game persona and real life.
It's okay if you're using a female character without involving any real world aspects of yourself.

I remember something like this when I first started playing 8 years ago. Some woman would flash her boobies on cam for ISK. Personally, I find a boob flash for ISK funny. I don't see anything wrong with a boob flash, but CCP might. And by the way, believe it or not, I did not take her up on the offer. Blink

This whole Cyber thingy was created by me yesterday and yes it "was" a scam for lols.
Victim was baited into private chat where I demand ISK for no service at all.

Just now CCP mailed me that my Biography is offensive and a breach against the EULA section 6.C Terms of Service Item 2 and had my Bio removed.
No more ISK for sex scams !

Have to say this was a personal low from me, but many fell for it.

Women play EVE? Was that an extreme closeup cam or from a distance, because from a distance you might catch sight of the man-bra laying on the floor.

If you read the TOS it says this about roleplaying

While EVE Online is a persistent world, fantasy role-playing game, the claim of role-playing is not an acceptable defense for anti-social behavior. Role-playing is encouraged, but not at the expense of other player. You may not create or participate in a corporation or group that habitually violates this policy.

And if two people, of their own volition, want to "cyber" in a private chat window, how exactly does this violate the TOS in any way?

Local? Yes, that would be a problem. Company? Maybe a problem, depending on the people involved. But private chat?
