So i've been training for a capital pilot and frankly i`m out of ideas what to train next or what will give the most value to this toon.

Thinks that make me cringe:
Cap Management only to 4.
Radar Sensor Comp only at I.
Tactical Logistics Reconfig 0. (No triage for a LvL 5 Archon?)
Capital Reps & Remote Reps at 3.

Something tells me this was aimed at an Aeon, not an Archon.

As a Archon Pilot, I'd skill up my self & remote rep skills (at least to IV), Armor Comp skills, and you should also maximize your cap skills like Cap Management, not to mention pickup Tactical Logistics Reconfig for Triage (max it to V for T2 Triage).

As a Rev Pilot, you'd want to top off your weapon support skills (Trajectory Analysis, Surgical Strike), as well as pickup Tactical Weapon Reconfig V for t2 Siege. Perhaps even Amarr Dread V.

Since you are Precep-Will mapped, I'd start with the gunnery support skills. Although really you have a fair amount of Int-Mem skilling to do in the future.

What do you want to do with this character?

You have some rather glaring holes in your skills, even for a archon/aeon dedicated pilot.

The following are all WTF-tier skill levels for a 45m sp pilot, much less someone that wants to sit in a carrier.

Thermodynamics 2
Electronic Warfare Drone Interfacing 0
Repair Drone Operation 0
Shield Management 3
Advanced Target Management 0

You should also pick up:

Armor Resistance Phasing
Leadership skills
Sentry Drone Interfacing 5
Other drone support skills to 5
Rigging skills
Armor compensation skills to 5
capital mod skills to 4-5

Thermodynamics only lvl 2? Caps run their mods cold?

Just as an extra, pulse energy at 4 gives you larger modules with extra range.

You are missing so many skills its crazy. You could easily train another 10 million in drones. Not to mention; you don't even have some of the basic core skills maxed yet. As good as all your support skills are at 2-4. For someone who only flies caps; you could at least train capital repair systems, armor compensations, thermodynamics, ...

And what would those core skills be?

I'm going to guess he was referring to everything mentioned previously, but especially;
Cap Management 5 (should have this before 5m SP, easily)
Thermodynamics 4, at least
Nanite interfacing and operation

Then you'll want
Your basic carrier skills (like remote rep, local rep and energy emission skills) to 4, instead of 3.
You'll probably want Sentry Drone Interfacing 5 and Electronic Warfare drones 4
Radar sensor comp 4 (though 5 is better and won't even take long)

And those are just the skills you have at lower levels, I didn't even look for skills you haven't got

No, the OP has it at level 2 and it should be level 5, like the other skills mentioned.
