I doubt it's unkillable. That's basically the definition of whining. You're probably doing the same crappy strategy over and over like a broken record from an insane asylum. Your enemy has intelligently countered you.

This implies your enemy is using an OP tactic?

hmmmmm, sorry. I do not agree.

The only way to counter them is to aplha them off the grid before they can apply their reps. No subcap fleet can put out that kind of firepower.

You are using the same old sorry arguments in an attempt to keep an unbalanced fleet in the game that were used for tracking titans, swarm motherships and AOE doomsdays

It's like someone is desperate to defend drone assist against all comers

lol

"the only way to counter them is to alpha them"

not sure if trolling or serious.

very uncreative. no wonder you are failing in the war.

What have you tried? What's your brilliant solution? Or are you taking out of your ass?

It's talking out of ass. Admitting to having tried to outdps the repping power of hundreds of capital remote reps is basically admitting to being a blobber

Perhaps if blobbing isn't working out so well you could consider not blobbing.

That's usually my approach to problems. When something works like ****, I try a different approach.

Different strokes for different folks, I suppose. Some people prefer to do the same thing over and over and hope that one day the outcome is different than all the other times. This kind of person is also known to lose lots of money on slot machines.

Anyway the times when masses of supercarriers were unbreakable and able to engage just about anything with drones has nothing to with archons trying to be unbreakable and able to engage just about anything with drones

I mean archons are so much cheaper, they're balanced by their cost

Yes, that's it! That's how we defeat the slowcats! By not fighting them!

What do you want? A hand written instruction set delivered by mail on how to beat your internet-drama-space enemies?

No, I want you to continue spewing your ignorant catchphrases and idioms so the rest of us can laugh at you for pretending to be smarter than us.

Nobody is laughing at me. The target of laugher is the tears and the whining, because that is EVE.

You provide the tears, the rest of us drink them and laugh.

And don't expect any sympathy beyond vague suggestions to "try harder" and "use another strategy."

This has all been discussed already. There are only two strategies that work when dealing with slowcats. One is in the process of being implemented (Omega fleet). The other (dropping titans) leads to certain victory for their side, which is why you see them repeatedly telling us to do it (and why we won't).

It's as if the FCs who can command supercapitals are smarter than to listen to trolls on General Discussion.

Ok, after Boat lost his capital ship FC keys

yes please disable drone assignment
And when you are on it please do the same with all the other "anchor" FC (orbit, aproach) stuff.

90% of the players dont even know anymore how to fly their own ship.
It's all about, jump in --> anchor FC --> asisst drones/press F1 --> go afk

EVE is not the hardcore game anymore
its all about 50%logis in fleet, independent of fleetsize or shiptype
running away, unstoppable, ceptor fleets
or the big blop with 10% tidi

If they nerf drone assist then it will just mean that the slow cats wouldnt be able to go get a cup of coffee in the middle of the battle.. wont change a great deal..

There's an awful lot of tactics involved. Just because you don't see it doesn't mean it's not there.

All the insistence that it's fine suggests they think a great deal more than that will change.

And how exactly will a smaller fleet break the tank of a slowcat fleet when the firepower of two full fleets of battleships isnt enough to even scratch them?
