X-Mas gifts no longer available?

Are the X-Mas gifts no longer available? When I log in to my account via the website, I can click on the link, but the gift doesn't show up.

i logged on a account yesterday i think an managed to click all the dates, maybe it finished today though

It must have ended as i'm not able to get a present when I click the links anymore. That's a bummer because for those of us who weren't able to log in over X-Mas, we're out our presents.

CCP should have made it so the items would redeem to the main account at the end of the holiday. I can understand a non-subbed account not getting the gifts, but the items should be available to those with current subscriptions Ugh

Is the link to the calendar, obviously uoi'll have to login, how exactly did you manage to have zero internet access for the best part of 2 weeks?

You dont need to login to the client to claim the gifts just the website, even an old cellphone can manage that

Took vacation the last week in December and I have multiple accounts. Logging in each day and clicking a link meant driving into town every day which isn't really an option. Real life obligations and all that... I'm guessing that's why they made the redemption time to the end of January.

The problem I'm having is after I login, I click on one of the present links and the verification message that you get for the present doesn't show up. I guess I'll submit a ticket.

Something is indeed not working as it should. We've notified the people responsible for the feature and they will look into the matter as soon as possible. The office is not yet in full swing again after the Holidays so apologies for any delays there may be. Everybody interested in them should be able to claim their gifts before the end of the month.

I got a hull tanking elite worthless item and nothing else. Did people actually get anything of value?

That I think was a gift from Concord to those who previously had the hull tank elite certificate. The Yule lad gifts need to be claimed by logging into account management and then redeemed in game.

A good example of my favourite type of CCP post:.

Staff are going on, are on, or are just getting back from holiday.

Normal service will be resumed as soon as possible.

It makes me smile every time I see one.

The hull tanking elite cert is unrelated to the xmas gifts :)

Most of the gifts were pretty pointless although some were amusing, the shuttle was the best gift :)
