dude sorry but 2.7bill is way to much for that price you could buy near 5 plex in 1 month or time you can get just over 3mill sp

5x3=15mill sp for the same price as what your asking

ok i know time is money but it also is for the buyer and this is just way to much of an B/O price i would say maybe lowwer it to 2 bill 2.2bill
