In the past every time I 'save[d] type selection as' it ended up as the things under 'load default' in this image. When I updated them I saved over their names and they were replaced without issue.

Now when I save overview settings, it ends up where you see 'warpto' and does not replace the ones under 'load default'. It no longer accepts capital letters ('warpto' was typed 'WarpTo' and intended to replace the old save) and the 'delete' option only works for the new ones outside of 'load default'. Both new saves and the old ones can be loaded into tabs without any issues that I've noticed.


Is this a change/bug, or something I did? So far as I recall I'm using it the same way as I always have.
