Other than pos defense, capitals in C4 and below provide nothing more than giant fluffy loving ships for your C5/C6 buddies!
Just use the carrier for ratting and keep it at the pos shield edge.
Dread for blapping poco's and dead sticks. (Any invasion force will kill it as soon as it shows itself)
