Great gun skills and perfect MIn/Gallante BS. This with the implants is an awesome Incursion. With a bit of training this would make the perfect Mission Running/Incursion alt that would just sit in my main account with out having to train further.You should train the Projectile skills up to large and some more Shield/Armor Skill (not that you need them for PVE) then you could get 20b easy being a perfect Vindi and Mach.
As is, If i was in the market for a similar toon, i would pay up to 17b.

you should at least Inject the Maurader skill and train it to 4 and finishj sentry drones V. not a must but the eve board would look shinier. Still great character..
