Got a link for that? Judging by the ammount of T1 industrial kills appearing on a certain killboard, T1 industrial ganking is more prolific than ever. People just won't stop jamming everything they own in to untanked industrials.

For the OP:

High-sec isn't the USA or Europe in terms of safety, crime prevention and/or general security.

Instead, think of high-sec in terms of Mexico or Columbia where cartels and/or rebel groups are/were willfully flouting the law, to put it mildly. On one hand, egregious criminal acts will bring down the Federales (think CONCORD.) However, outside of that, the law is pretty weak, especially if you're an individual.

Pon Farr Memorial: once every 7 years, all the carebears in high-sec must PvP or they will be temp-banned.

You can never fit enough tank to avoid a gank with these ships.
Those items I would always let become hauled via a transport contract to Red Frog...

Sort of, but you can give yourself contracts in order to hide what you're carrying.

In a T1 hauler, that means you will pretty much always get owned....

In seriousness, that's pretty awesome though. Now I have Steve added to my watch list with a note that he ganks the high-cargo/low-EHP indies and I know to avoid that area. Of course, I've only been playing EVE a little over a year, so don't let the OP know. Common sense is over powered.

Edit: I just had a look at some of the losses. Most have not even a single tanking mod and some have over a bill in the hold. Maybe I should join Steve...

So, would it be wrong to petition CCP to remaned General Discussion to "i need some way to blame the game or other people for my own imcompetence" discussion?

If only there were these industrial style ships that couldn't scanned that people could train for to move valuable stuff.......

I agree with OP, high sec ganking in my eyes are just people who are terribad at eve and enjoy shooting at targets that can't shoot back.

Imagine if these noobs would have to leave high sec to pvp..... It would be glorious!
