True story :

After 1 1/2 years of playing this game a player decided to quit. Despite all of the pleas imploring him not to do it, the player sold all of his assets and with 1 day left on his subscription went to a Rookie System and gave all of his ISK to a new player asking for help with the tutorials.

6 months later that same player who had quit returned to the game with nothing available except a Rookie ship.. Was a long and boring time just to get back up to the amount of assets he previously had before.

Needless to say that player learned a valuable lesson from that experience and has vowed never to repeat that act ever again.
