can i haz your stuffz?

Chill OP half the people here who talk tough on the forums, cry like little bitches when they lose a ship too.

Where do I start?

1. Get a better hauler (Note: NO T1 Varients)
2. Don't use cargo expanders (It lowers your EHP by quite a bit)
3. Add resistance mods not just extenders
4. Avoid Jita
5. Use armor plates
6. Break up your cargo so it's not economicaly worth ganking you.
7. When a Tornado or Catalyst are on grid when your hauling dock or run ASAP
8. No autopiolit (YAY, you did that right at least)
9. Usa a scout if you can.
10. Avoid Jita

I could go on but the above is a good starting point for you.

To people like Magna, Haedonism, etc. - seems like by posting this I accidently dialed "0" as you guys showed up eventually. That community here is even worse then I thought... get a life, ok?

Nope.... last time I died, I typed "TELL MY STORYYYYYYYYY!!!!!!" in local as the last of my hull hp melted away. And that was the SECOND Enyo I lost, that day. :)

You didn't tell the whole story. What happened AFTER your ship exploded? Did CONCORD come to the scene? Did they take any action toward the criminal who so dastardly attacked you? Did they destroy HIS ship? I bet they did. With no fair trial to determine whether or not the attack was justified, I bet they gave you the benefit of the doubt, destroyed his ship, and reduced his security status. It sounds to me like CCP has more than balanced "something like this." So what's the problem?

Oh, yes, the loss of your cargo. Well, CCP really has no way of knowing what people will carry in cargo, so it's difficult for them to balance that. They depend on players to make sensible choices about what value they carry in what type ship. They try to help some by making only about half the cargo drop as recoverable loot. That way, if you go a little bit overboard in packing, you won't be too attractive to criminals. But 600 million? Do the math.

Don't get me wrong. I sometimes carry more in cargo than I know I should. I sometimes use the wrong ship, fly through the wrong systems, and do it at the wrong time. I sometimes don't bother to scout. And sometimes I get ganked. As I should. It isn't worth starting a forum thread. It isn't worth quitting EVE. And it isn't something that needs balanced,
