Subj. is the only one in its kind that has 6% shield amount bonus. Does anybody know why there is no analog in officer modules (of which there are plenty) that focuses on shield amount instead of PG and/or cap regen?

Possibly because shield ehp is caldari gimmicks?

As well as Sansha's. And we have their offcers' PDS in game.

Might have been a change in item doctrine. The officer/faction diagnostics are classics. The CN Diagnostic is relatively new as it came into the game with the faction warfare lp stores.
