Well you could go faction with the Ballistic Controls. That will give you a healthy boost.
Also, Rigors will greatly increase your applied DPS.

And since you are using missiles that's about it, I also use missiles and there really isn't much more you can do outside of skills and implants.

If you're doing missions, why not use the Navy Raven? You get 2 more launchers for the DPS that you

In general I don't like SBAs. They are less effective than hardeners, especially on faction ships with large shield hp and large capacitor. They also hurt your ability to overload, while a hardeners are very strong at overloading, and you can overload at full hp to really get maximum leverage. That said, you are clearly going for a perma-boost setup with your gist xl booster, and while this leads to compromises in other areas of the fit, it has its uses, so I think in this scenario its only appropriate to compare your fit to other fits that permaboost a gist-xl booster.

Your fit has one gigantic problem. It has absolute crap for damage application, especially when using fury missiles. Here is my fit to rectify that.

this is capstable at 38% with all level 5 skills, and has plenty of spare CPU and PG. The tank is weaker than your fit but still very high. And you'll get way better damage from it. The only bling mod is the booster, and so I wouldn't worry unduly about the lack of damage control (if you are worried, you can drop a flux for a DC and a t1 rigor for a CCC and retain cap stability with a higher tank).

If you want more dps bring two sentry drones.
