I'm not looking at the info window, but the fitting window where it's listed between the guns and ammo, where it says 59 + 98 and ingame it says 59 + 154.

In-game values are:
falloff range within "optimal + falloff"
optimal range within "optimal"

In EFT you get the values for "optimal" + "falloff" individually, they are not added. If you look at your guns attributes, you will see the values for optimal and falloff respectively, they will fit with the EFT values.

Although, 59+98 = 157. That is 3km more than 154.
This is probably because of rounding. 59 is probably something like 58.5 and falloff values seems to be rounded downwards in the game (9600m falloff counts as 9km) while in EFT I guess it rounds up, but I didn't check because I am lazy right now.

EFT v2.21 doesn't have 10% light missile velocity bonus for Osprey Navy Issue included. Dunno about 2.21.1 though..

Little bug:

The description of "Hyperspatial Velocity Optimizer" rigs is false. They don't have armor but cpu penalty.

Found a bug:
Change affecting skill menu on a dampener fitted to a Keres does not list Gallente Frigate although it impacts dampener performance. Dampener stats are calculated correctly though.

Amazing work on this tool. Thank you very much!

First: EFT is an outstanding piece of work, i really appreciate it!!!

I found a bug, i think, dont know if someone already called it:

The Astero needs lvl3 Amarr frigate not Caldari Frigate to fly....

Ugh, yet another shady looking download site. Maybe you could upload this file to the Nexus network. The used to only cater to a select few games like Skyrim, Fallout 3, and Fallout: New Vegas but now they have opened things up to just about any game. You would have to submit EVE Online as a game to be added. If they approve (I don't see why they wouldn't) You could put this utility on there, and other EVE utility makers could do the same thing. The site has been a little iffy since they just restructured things to cater to a wider variety of games, but it they are ironing out the wrinkles and it should be quite stable in time. This is not a bug, but the way EFT calculates the bonuses.

For all T2 ships the skillbonus of the T1 ship is baked into the hull, as you have to have that skill to 5 anyways.

I'm having a problem were I hover over the missing skills next to the character selection and it comes up blank, is there a way to fix this? ie I make a build for a character which I know does not have the required skills and the blank box changes to fit the number of missing skills, but the text itself doesn't show.

Quick note: slot layout for the Sleipnir is incorrect. Latest EFT shows eight (8) high slots (7 turret, two launcher), when ship only currently has seven (7; 5 turret, two launcher). Didn't check for other inconsistencies.
