In this message, government means the ruling division below us.

Today our government heard that elections are coming. To this day, government has been elected by public elections. Today our government declared to be dictatorial, and banned the democratic elections.

Altough it would have been within our rights and power, we did not interviene in this dramatic action and allowed it to pass. From this day forth, Turri Spacepilot and Jones D'Vader are the dictators of the Imperial Pharmacy. They are still under our divine guidance.

Fear the God and honor the Empress!

Oh no! Say it isn't so!

Reading between the lines it looks like the Imperial Pharmacy has been subject of a coup by a Sebiestor capsuleer - Turri Spacepilot and his henchman Jones D'Vader. Is that the case, Lord Vaari (deposed)?

If not, what are their bon-mots to show that the Imperial Pharmacy is not now controlled by hostile interests, representing a wolf in the middle of the Providence flock...
