Hello I was wondering if anyone knows a good screen capture for Windows 7, since my Laptop for some un-godly reason did not come with this feature, I am looking for a good program. I have already tried "Screen Shot" a free download from the net, but seems to freeze up my Laptop when i use it.

So please, if you guys can link or point me in the right direction for a good screen capture/shot program.

If out of game, use the snip tool.
Or use PrtScn and paste it into paint.

If in-game try using fraps or the built in screenshot system with PrtScn that saves a screenshot automatically to ...\Documents\EVE\capture\screenshots\

There is also a program called GNU Image Manipulation Program [GIMP]

Yes I use it too, but paint is part of windows and nice and simple for something such as a screenshot :D

I use Gyazo.
For example like this

You can put it in your taskbar and just click it when you want to capture, and drag over what area you want captured. Pretty handy.

Hyperdesktop is a favourite of mine since I run EVE in Fixed Window. One shortcut for whole screen, one for selecting an area. It then lets you add text before it auto-uploads to Imgur and gives you a direct link.

If you're looking for locally saved screenshots rather than uploading, Fraps is rather good for screenshots (and video capture if you like massive filesizes).
