Now that TEST has taken Chribba's station in 9UY4-H we're in the middle of doing some restructuring to it. There are a few offices that are going to be opening up soon. If you and your corp would like a chance to own a piece of EVE history please PM Spams McCats either here or in-game. We can discuss prices or maybe work out a barter. All inquires welcome.

Altho the reply from the member of Dreddit / TEST was kinda out of line i guess.

Just one question :

If you sell the station, so station will get an new owner. How will you be able to rent any offices in that particular station ?

Does owner of the station must hold sovereignty of the system as well ? I guess it goes like that. Not sure.
