What would be the best T3 cruiser for ratting in null sec vs sansha. Tengu/Loki/Legion?

Legion or Loki, probably. I'd probably go with Legion.

Yah i was leaning more tords the Loki...was hoping someone would maybe give me a reason to pick a different one.

Loki. You can get insane armor tank with good resists. 500 dps tank with only 2 modules. However the Legion will have better damage projection. The proteus wouldnt be awful either just not as good as the others.

Legion straight up beats the loki for PvE. You ca nhave 800 em/therm dps in a legion, or 700ish in a loki while going through faction ammo like nothing. Also, the legion can tank anoms just fine with a repairer and an omni + AB.

QFT. Loki can tank much, much harder than needed but Legion puts out actual damage. The latter makes you money; the former doesn't.
