I use Push Industries to deliver freighterloads of ships from my production station to Jita for sale.
The service is speedy and reliable, and is highly recommended.

Used their service but due to the high amount of cargo and 9 contracts it took 2 days, yet was still fast enough for me, very professional and personnel were very helpful when I had questions.

10 out of 10, will use this service again!

I've got one long-haul contract to Jita that has been waiting in their queue for 3 days 4 hours now.

Their excuse appears to be some kind of recent turkey-eating festival, but that doesn't make sense, because that only afflicts a fraction of the world's population, and EVE is a global game.

Fortunately the slow service hasn't harmed me financially, yet, although it is inconvenient, and I'm quite disappointed that Push isn't living up to its usual standards. I've used them many times before, and always had my stuff moved within 24-60 hours.

When you do a simple time/cost analysis it actually works out much cheaper using their services. Also saves that heart thumping feeling one gets hauling lots of gear around.

This was first time I used your services and all I can say is this is an awesome, fast, cheap service.

Rush contract accepted in seconds and completed in less than half hour.

First time using the service. I screwed up the contract, someone from PushX walked me through how to correct it.

All items where delivered quickly and dang these boys are cheap!

You asked for feedback, so here it is. While I find PUSHX to be reliable and slightly cheaper than Red Frog, it is consistently slower.

A friend of mine works for PUSHX and is always advocating for it, but I found you guys to be slow. I had 3 freighter runs of things to move recently, so I decided to do a race to see the difference in action. Short story long: I sent two contracts to RF (8.5M 3 days/1 day) and one to PUSHX for (8M 3 days/3 days). I screwed up one of my RF contracts by putting in the PUSHX price so it got rejected (oops!) and I had to recreate it. I also needed to get my stuff into null so when my RF stuff arrived I put up a contract to an alliance-mate to JF my stuff further. I screwed up that contract as well so had to wait an extra half day to get the second JF run. In the end my two RF contracts (one screwed up) and my screwed up JF contract were all complete before PUSHX even picked up my contract.

Conclusion
While the slight decrease in price is nice over RF, the service is so much slower that I'm going to stick with RF for now. This is not to say that PUSHX is a bad service, just that if speed matters it's not the best choice.

Used PUSH to move on the other side of the map in 7 JF curriers . Excelent service and timely arrival (2-9 hrs) using the Rush payment . Considering destinations and maybe midpoints were kinda hot with more than 30ppl in the pickup sistem i would say nicely done.

So a would clearly would use again/recommend.
PS: also cheaper than BlackFrog

These guys got a fairly sizeable shipment out of a lowsec system that is nearly always camped and into Jita for me in less than 24 hours, I'm quite impressed and will definitly be utilizing this service again and again, and highly suggest others do the same!
