How do I redeem my holiday gifts?

If you're talking about the character selection screen thee is a huge, really obvious banner across the bottom, it's all click and drag after that.

Do not argue with an idiot. He will drag you down to his level and beat you with experience.

What he said. Click each number and accept them, (I had to click twice) THEN come back to your log in and redeem them.

Also: The 16th (?) was missing?

Once you get in to your station, hit the escape key. On the bottom of the dialog are buttons like "exit game" in the lower left corner, "close" (around middle of the bottom) and "redeem items" (to the left of the "close" button).

Why should you have to redeem your Holiday Gifts? What did they do wrong?

I totally didn't get anything. lol

I've logged into my account and clicked xmas 2013. all there was to be seen is a video and a picture 13 dirty boys. I even left my wormhole, an activity I abhor deeply...trekked into the filth that is k-space to amarr where all anyone knew how to say in local was "fedo" link spam by the hundreds. docked up in the smelly station, pressed ESC and hit "redeem items". which then notified me that I had no items to redeem. I logged out and back in...no obvious banner greeted me at the character selection screen. feeling no actual measurable sense of annoyance at not being able to solve the mystery of the missing presents I simply flew back to the system hosting my exit and reentered my home 2 gazillion jumps away from fedo links.

I'll chalk this lack of presents up to being on the naughty list this year. fair enough.

ok that was really weird. about 3 minutes after posting this I refreshed my account page and above the 13 dirty boys there appeared a tab that said "login to claim gifts" ShockedShocked

I think window-peeper must be around...seeing something he fancies maybe. eeep.
