Is there such thing as a scam that doesn't require a lot of time investment?
Infiltrating a Corp = Big time investment.
Contract Scams = Lots of time sitting in a hub trying to out spam the other scams.
Recruiting Scams = lots of time again, because recruits don't exactly put out a lot of isk, so you have to recruit a lot of people to make a profession out of it.

etc.

My choice of pronouns is based on your avatar. Even if I know what is behind the avatar.

Being successful at just about anything in Eve requires a fair time investment. Also, infiltrating corps really isn't a big time investment. Join corp, ask to run missions with people, ask them for their fittings, awox someone's shiny faction fit mission ships, profit. That's a day or twos work at best for 500m if you play your cards right (and the loot fairy is having a good day).

There is the initial investment of find a good corp to infiltrate. Getting a list of decent potentials together can take a couple of days. To be clear, I've not done this myself. But my PvP alt is in a corp who's member's alts have done it a couple of times for some quick ISK.

Sure can, but first you must join my corp. I only teach the best to my corpmates. Send an in an application and I look it over, oh and I want an API key. There is a 30day tiral period before I teach you any scams though, I have to get to know you first so I know you won't start blabering on about it to everyone you see.

Welcome to Eve. Everyone here is an Evil Sick Sadistic Bastard who is out to get you. Anyone who tells you otherwise is either trying to scam you or use you.

In short: Nope
every scam is fishing for dumb/gullible/greedy people
gotta get good bait and find a good concentration of those people.
