It's an Advent Calender FFS. Raise of hands who here has ever received an Advent Calender on the 13 days before Christmas and then never received an actual Christmas Gift??

Never got an Advent Calender myself but that kid in 'Bad Santa' had one, it came with Candy Corn and Rolaids. And smelled like a drunk hobo used it as a back scratcher.

As for the Industry claim, this time they didn't just dump the stuff in our hangers people actually have to go through a 2 part process to get the stuff, some are to lazy to go to the advent calender or don't even care. So it can't be that big of a deal. Stop complaining.

/me is hoping for the planetary bombardment frigate (promised in that one video as a joke) for christmas morning Twisted

Makes me wonder whether CCP gets sick of their man-child player base when they ***** about absolutely everything and even free stuff. CCP can't do anything without making someone complain. And the people who live on these forums are the worst!

Traders report that the market for Fedos has skyrocketed. On about the fifth day of the Lads visits, there were approximately six Fedos in Contracts, with prices ranging from 10 to 12 mil ISK. As of this correspondent's last check, there were approximately 25 Fedos in contracts, with prices ranging from 22 to 25 mil ISK. In other words, contrary to conventional market thinking, both item supply and item price have gone up.

Some economists argue to this is a unique market anomaly, which they are calling the "Yule Lads Effect." But others insist that it is simply a variation of a phenomenon known as the "Beanie Babies/Webkinz Effect." All agree that fortunes stand to be made or lost in the Fedo market.

This is what I mean by the "Ritalin-fueled Min/Max" player. They have their ISK maximized to the 00001th fraction and so fragile (and obsessed) that ONE THING that CCP does that changes it to .0001 less ISK and they scream. The PVPer version of this kind of player does the same thing over KB stats.

This kind of player is not playing the game, they are like this in every aspect of their lives and this game is just another facet.

Good:
Entertainment for us as we watch people cry rivers because their little aspergergian alpha world just popped.

Bad:
For the forums, and the people who have to live around them in RL (though those people are probably the enablers too, and maybe deserve what they get)

Neutral:
I love how CCP don't give a crap and I am happy to give my money to what is probably the last organization on earth that does not give a crap about how people "feel".

Maybe overly passionate in presentation, but the OP's logic is sound. And I could see the industrialists minding the manipulation. I think people are being a bit insensitive because they do not identify with the gameplay, but an attack on one aspect of gameplay should be denounced by all players. Or your style of gameplay could be next.

all i want for christmas CCP is to be able to click on the picture of the exotic dancers and get a 3d rendering of them dancing, maybe up to 5 or 10 of them in the scene depending on how big of a stack you got
