Skills for optimizing CPU on a Tengu?

Just looking for a list of skills or something so I can optimize my CPU on my Tengu. Most of the fittings on Battleclinic have all of the listings under All lvl 5 skills and it makes it find out which of those skills are directly relative. Anyone wanna help me out here? Thanks.

Only 3 skills if you speak about classic PvE Tengu:

Electronics
Weapon Upgrades
Launcher Rigging
Adyyr
The Scope
Gallente Federation

Also electronics subsystems skill if you use the cpu subsystem

Electronics Upgrades and Energy Grip Upgrades also lowers cpu use on a few mods like co-processors, power dignostics systems etc.
