I'm looking for PVP/PVE Specialist...[/b]

- Sould have minimum 30 million SP.
- PVP and/or PVE oriented character
- Nice support skills (can use T2 modules)
- Good Weapon (Gunnery and/or Missiles) skills
- Prefer Minmatar Race but you can you can change my mind.
- Negative Sec. Status (-2.99 between -0,09) is NOT important for me
- If it's possible I don't want any wasted (non-PVE/PVP) skill points ( I really don't like Planet Management and/or Production skills etc.)
- So I do NOT want to spend a lot of time for her/his education!

I can pay 20 billion for the right character

I just need your offer with your character's details.
