Can't turn of the computer after playing eve.

Sense the last update when i quit the game I come back to the desktop i'm left with the eve online icon in dock still active. Sometimes there is 2 our 3 of them all active. When i try to force quit them it I get no repsons at all. So i can't turn of the computer the basic way sense the computer thinks some programs are still running witch the computer can't quit. So to turn of the computer i have to cut the power manually.

I have let the computer try to turn of for hours without any result. I also tried to reinstall the game still same issue. I see no other post about this problem so it might have to do with that my computer language is set to swedish, that somehow fucks up the code maybe?

I get this sometimes too. Usually I can just Force Quite them though from the menu and restart from there.

This works for me as well, rarely I receive the issue on where EVE doesn't fully close and Force quitting the EVE Client is required.
