This thread is being made to convince my friends that EvE isn't boring, and is a great game.

boring... just boring. Like playing chess boring. All that thinking and planning, not really a game for a gay magician, eve is.
But I like chess. And for me, thinking and planning, well is boring, but I like boring. You want excitement?become a gay magician I guess. I'll stick to boring.

My heart was pounding when pirates come into grid and I got popped, had I reacted a few seconds earlier I would have been talking **** to them in local.
Adrenaline,Feels good man.

Regarding your topic title:
Why they should play? Because Eve rewards patience, has a lot of depth if you're willing to stick around.

I've never had that heart pounding feeling with either of those situations. if I lose it's like "aww dangit." if I win it's like "well that's money I don't have to spend. good."
