Great all around toon, can run L4's solo w/BS V, PVE/PVP with Tengu Subsystems at V, Can haul with Industrial V or Freighter at III. Also Cov Ops Frigate and Stealth Bomber capable. Just started to strengthen his scanning skills and will be at III across the board soon.

Looking for 5B B/O

All CCP rules observed I pay transfer fee, etc, etc

Not looking to drag it out 5B takes it.
