I doubt CCP really cares about somebody writing up fake GM correspondence to troll reddit/twitter but you'll undoubtedly be slapped hard if you write up fake GM correspondence to add legitimacy to a scam. Idiots are jumping on this "ban dbrb for writing up GM correspondence and because grrgoons" train and it's going to go nowhere.
