Thank you for your b/o offer, I am looking at an in game mail or 2 as they have offered more than the b/o,
I would like to say here and now for everyone to see that,

I have NOT confirmed any purchases at this time and any isk transferred will be considered a donation, all character transfers have to be agreed by both parties before Iski is sorted out.

If you have any problems please contact me in game or talk to ccp but I have broken no rules.

B/O on original post has been ammended to accomidate in game offers


Current B/O offer is sat at 8.5 bil,

Only increases of 500 mil incriments will be considered

"The ISK that a buyer sends when attempting to purchase a character is considered to belong to him until such a time as the character being purchased has been delivered to the account of his choosing. If the character sale is not completed, the ISK must be returned in full to the potential buyer."

I am filling a petition, and honestly, do you know what even buyout means? In my native language, it is an amount of money, stated and agreed upon by the seller, at which a buyer can purchase advertised goods immediately without worrying about the auctioning.

Right now, all I'm looking for is return of my money. After that, I might consider some more bidding (it has to be one time full payment anyway according to forum rules if I'd win), but I'll have to check the skills again.

What you quoted does not apply to you, because you are not the buyer as there has been no agreement on sale. All you are is a guy who sent isk.

Well, CCP obviously thinks otherwise, and since it was the buyout of 8 bil previously stated by a seller before modifying the auction (which is his right, np with that), it is actually agreement imho. If you look at the auctions with larger number of characters, they usually work this way and there is no problem. If it wasn't the buyout price I sent, I believe there would be a lot of room for discussion (and I wouldn't send it anyway). But honestly, that rule is stated so vaguely that when you even send a random amount, but have enough evidence it was sent to attempt to buy the character from your side, you could probably get your money back.

Hey guys daily bump

Dirk i have gone thro ccp myself and there rule is final, thehellfish has another forum up over him having a 10 bil budget i said that due to other people bidding i would sell it to him for 10 bil and he said the max he can go is 9 but i have people bidding that high anyway so not to fussed.
