The Toronto EVE Online Gathering co-hosts are now holding quarterly player meet ups.
We meet to talk about EVE and other things that not related to EVE!
Come Meet your fellow EVE players from the Greater Toronto Area and elsewhere!

New Players and Bitter Vets all welcome.

We ask that you guys remember the following:
1. Everyone is blue regardless of one's in-game affiliation(s).
2. Everyone pays for their own drinks and food. (Remember to tip your Server)

### We are looking for your input on what you want to see at our event. ###
### We are Looking for people who want to present information or talk about different aspects of Eve ###

Mother of pearl this is tomorrow. Which is obvious to anyone reading this. And it just so happens that i will be downtown tomorrow night for an unrelated event. Mayhaps I shall swing by if my night permits.

Afraid I won't be there. I am indeed back in Canada for Christmas, but I have prior plans with family that night.

I'm sure it's going to be a great time though! EVE meets are across the board awesome. Anyone who is free and in the area tomorrow should definitely drop by.

The only times I've ever entered the GTA is under orders from the government, last time I brought my own snow shovel.

That's cool! And completely understandable!

If you do have a free moment in time, let myself or Talus Veran know and we can get a impromptu gathering together!

It would be cool to get together, even for a beer or 2.....dozen!

Smaller turnout this time.
Really good discussions about various issues and politics in eve.

I have never be to a Toronto Player Gathering yet.

I might be able to send someone to a future event, this February or after.

Is this scheduled to happen again any time soon?I was disappointed I couldn't make it in Dec. I hope it does.

It is loaded on more than 20 systems... With Mics and Audio (+potential video capture).
Patching can take less than 10 minutes to run.

Just a heads-up warning though... Since there are too few EVE client user (or only 1), most terminals are not patched.

I was trying yesterday and after 28 minutes left, it wasn't 85% complete.

On Wednesday, I found another system which was still not 65% patched after 42 minutes.


I talked with the system operators yesterday and was suggested that they would patch all the systems.

I will call them now and verify the status of their claim.


Otherwise, patching on up-to-date EVE client systems usually is less than 10 or 5 minutes.

What I really need is someone nearby with an EVE client I can update my active pod pilot skill queue.
The offer is also good for free pool or other consideration (tips may be included).
