Bug Report Response - Seriously?

I've been reporting bugs since I encountered my first bug in EVE, both on TQ and later mostly on Sisi.
This day I got a response to a bug report that made me go: "Lol", "What the hell" and "Hmm":

The bug report was one among a bunch I recently filed on Sisi, about Sisi (Singularity)..
To be honest I have been bit bothered about the slow pace at which bug reports are responded to and filtered, but I prefer that as opposed to this unprofessional response.

Hi,

It looks like you were given the wrong stock response and I apologize for that.

I looked into it and the bug report did in fact turn into a defect and ended up on the desk of our graphics programmers.

seeing as your issue has been sorted im gogin to hijak this thread for my own wtf bug report responce.

a couple of days ago i field a bug report on sisi because the faction/dev logos arent showing up on ships for me, and yet i have seen many threads and seen many screenshots from people who clearly can see them. today i recieved a response to my report. it told me that my bug wasnt a bug but a feature and that my report had been filtered.

so it raises the question, has this feature been removed, or did i recieve the wrong response? and if i recieved the wrongresponse, should i filea new bug reporta

I'd file a new report using the in-game bug report tool (F12) with screenshots, but that's me..

the first report did have screenshots. and id prefer ot not clog up the report system if my issue has already been defected

quite often you are creating a bug report and the issue is already known, waste of time on CCP and player side. i would like to see a detailed known bugs list - "known issues" not enough
