Where are the patchnotes for Sisi?

Everytime I click a link to patch notes for Sisi, I end up looking at the patch notes for TQ... Where can I find what it says is being done with all these updates on Sisi?

Patch notes are never posted until days if not hours before the expansion releases. If you want to know generally what's in the patch check out the Crucible website and EvE information Portal. Even now some of those features won't make it in and some not announced will.

One thing for sure with all the new features, paper cut fixes and general enhancements the Crucible patch notes are going to be Epic.
