Is there a russian only server?

I know CCP stuck most of the chinese on their own server, is it possible to do this with the russians? It seems like every time I get settled somewhere its like "OMG space russians" and everything goes to s**t. Give them thier own localized EVE, and server, or better yet stick them with the chinese. Bad enough we have to deal with the goon douchebaggery.

Why is it awful? Im speaking truth here. The russian community in EVE is notorious for botting. I see russian tagged botters out in null DAILY. But I guess thats K. EvE brings out the worst in its players. We celebrate scamming dbag corps like the goons, and praise it when someone rips someone else off. I for one am more than tired of it, and seeing as I pay the same amount for my gametime as everyone else, was just posing a question. Figures a goon would speak up to support a group of people notorious for making the game the cesspit it has become. And why do you even care? You are just using the russians to your own ends. Not to mention I live in the space currently being invaded by the russians, and have borne witness to more than a few of the big fights in XVV, and DY- and others, and hey its ALWAYS the same. The "honorable" goons killing 0 russians, and going after N3 and co. Dress it up how you like. You guys use the russians and laugh when they fail, and make it easier for you to gain rental space. Oh and dont get me started on goon flipping their renter stance. Mittens = Hypocrite. Awesome orator, great leader, but still huge dbag and hypocrite. But back to the russians, Im sitting here as I type this watching a russian botter in a belt. Same guy, like 2 weeks, and 5 reports later. Still here.

I could have sworn that a couple years back CCP released some statistics on bots, and most of them were connecting from western Europe (the UK in particular) and the US. Makes sense given the population distribution of Eve.

I could be remembering something incorrectly, and in any case I cant be assed to find a source, so take that for what it's worth.

Also, OP is a faggit for ethnic discrimination.

I'm curious how you know he's a botter and not just someone with absolutely no life.

Also wondering how you know he's russian, since google translate can lead to some amusing interactions with people who openly hate russians if you're into trolling.

You can get plex for reporting? I plex my accounts by sitting at my desk playing EvE. I dont sit cloaked up somewhere to prevent people from farming. I dont bot day in and day out , and F up EVE's economy by doing nothing more than some programming. I dont infiltrate and screw people who put many hours into the game out of hard earned cash. Russians/goons do the same, all day every day. Again im not making assumptions, or lies, feel free to google the multitude of examples that point fingers at the people ruining eve. CCP does the best they can, but its hard to fight an entire cross section of the population that aim to do nada but ruin someones game. Just saying. You sound awful guilty to me.
