So when can we transfer our chars from the steam-eve account to a normal account ... or even convert the full steam-eve account into a normal account ?

That's the first thing I would pay for in EvE after the monthly fee :)

i'm using Steam on Windows 7 64bit and the error still occurs.
Your hotfix didn't work.

This thread is actually two months old. The hotfix was for a previous problem.

May be nodes overloaded (~40k capsuleers now)
