How many I can make cry in game, how many of my ideas or desires I can push into the game trough the ideas and discussion forum, and how many thread posts I can make look stupid per week.

In the sense of achieving in Eve, it's "GAME OVER"

No matter how much teritory you hold, how much ISK / wealth you earn and have, or how many killmails you gain, no matter how famous / infamous you become, no matter how large the heist, no matter how many rarities you collect, no matter how much tears you extract, NO ONE will ever be able to surpass Somer's achievement.

Somer has effectively WON Eve, for they have achieved the ultimate level of success.

Somer has managed to make real money off Eve and get away with doing so.

Just because YOU think its valauable? Quite a LOT of peopel made more money just doign nothing and sitting on its own finances on the same time took sommer to do that.

Unless he made at least 5 Million dollars of that effort, its not even close to a success.

Own a supercarrier and a titan and give out my cell phone number to adolescents in my corp so they can text me while I'm playing real life and I can log in my taxi and bridge their unskilled blob onto a 3 man tech 1 cruiser gang in lowsec.

To build a mighty corp, then a mighty alliance, then a mighty horde. Then to conquer all of conquerable space and rule it as Head Honcho. It's a pretty big goal, considering I'm only online about an hour a day.

When you get to tell your grand children about the good old days when you actually needed a mechanical device to access the internets and space ship games were not 3D and did not react to body movement and how in this awesome game called EVE that sadly no-one has heard of these days you were leet and had much street cred and many ISKs and Fedos.

Or maybe while lighting a cigar and grinning while driving off in the A. team van.

Goons do it as well, charging people to join their forums. Where's the outrage for that? Oh, you're not really outraged, you're just jumping on the bandwagon? Sure, it was sleazy of SOMERblink to do what they did, giving away blink credit for buying GTCs, but it's no different from the Goons(or any other group who has private forum, I just don't know who else does) having giveaways of any kind on their forums. The only real difference us that SOMERblink did it in a rather public fashion.

Edit: To be clear, I don't see either as a big deal. SOMERblink stopped their stupid bonus and that's the end of it in my eyes.

Inspiring posts like this.

Also; selling faction mods to people and then blowing them up and taking them back.

I can honestly say I do occasionally fantasize about destroying my computer. Provided I have a better one first.
