my idea is to add ability to add charge for jumpig trough the gate in null sec. That may make null sec more hospitable for capsulers.

nope, i mean, some corporation that own systems may change politics to be friendly for all, and in return they get small fee for jumping through the gates, like 1-10 mil. for numbers or ppl that may make bunch of money.

How exactly forcing me to pay a fee to jum gates equal to "more hospitable" for me?

What happens if you enter a dead end system and the only exit gate has a 50 billion isk "gate improvement" on it?

This is a terrible idea and you should feel bad.

obviously it has to have roles to deal with, like max amount depends of system level, ie max price for lvl 5 system will be 50m.

and also corporation witch make system payable, force themselves to be friendly main idea is to allow hi sec ppl go for rats and deads
